Shift Type: Days: Not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening / 2nd shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents, making each day more comfortable and dignified
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Monitor and record vital signs and any changes in resident condition accurately and promptly
Support safe transfers and fall prevention efforts, prioritizing resident safety
Document care and observations clearly to support excellent team communication
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful communication
Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for residents

Qualifications

Current GNA certification (required)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric settings is a plus
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass a background check and standard health screenings

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Resident-centered care and dignity-focused approach
Assisting with ADLs and personal care with patience and respect
Basic clinical observations and accurate documentation
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Effective teamwork and clear communication with clinical staff
Time management and attention to detail in a busy care environment
