Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive CT examinations across all CT modalities with accuracy and compassion
• Operate and troubleshoot Toshiba and GE CT equipment safely and effectively
• Provide excellent patient care: prepare patients, explain procedures, and monitor during scans
• Document exams and patient information in EPIC clearly and promptly
• Apply critical thinking to protocol selection, contrast administration, and image quality optimization
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses and unit staff to ensure efficient patient flow and safety
• Maintain equipment and supply readiness, following unit guidelines and hospital policies
• Adhere to ACR standards and departmental procedures to support high-quality imaging services

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) registry — required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) — required
• Minimum of 2 years of CT technologist experience (as listed in posting)
• Experience with Toshiba and GE CT scanners preferred
• Comfortable using EPIC for documentation and workflow
• ACR certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently on night shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Thorough knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation safety
• Proficiency with Toshiba and GE CT platforms
• Experienced EPIC user for imaging documentation
• Skilled in patient positioning, contrast administration and image quality assessment
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and communicate effectively with clinical teams
• Familiarity with ACR guidelines and imaging best practices
