Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and document vital signs accurately and promptly
Support safe patient transfers and mobility, following facility protocols
Maintain a clean and safe environment, practicing infection control
Communicate observations and patient needs clearly to the nursing team
Assist with feeding, hygiene, and comfort measures to promote dignity

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Valid state authorization to practice as a CNA
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for assigned shifts
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Proficient in taking and recording vital signs
Familiarity with basic charting and documentation
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Team-player mindset with clear communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and direction from licensed nurses
