Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training
• Monitor patient progress and modify interventions to achieve measurable outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
• Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent patient care

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license required
• BLS (American Heart Association) for Healthcare Providers required
• Experience or comfort working in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to start quickly; this role has urgency for a quick start

Knowledge & Skills

• Outpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment skills
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and modalities
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Proficient documentation and clinical reasoning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy clinic
