Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Obtain and accurately record vital signs and patient observations
• Support safe patient transfers and mobility assistance
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care delivered clearly and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Active CNA credential (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Ability to work per diem assignments and reliably report for scheduled shifts
• Comfortable working a 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, punctual, and patient-centered approach to care
• Valid state CNA license preferred (California preferred for this assignment)

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an accredited CNA program and current certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic patient care and ADL support
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Infection control and safe hand hygiene practices
• Clear documentation and accurate charting
• Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
