Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver telepractice speech-language services to elementary students with individualized plans
• Manage and maintain a focused caseload of school-based students
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students in the classroom setting
• Document student progress and communicate clearly with school contacts and families
• Adapt therapy approaches to telepractice format to ensure engaging, effective sessions
• Follow school schedules and policies (note: no hours paid for school holidays/closings)

Qualifications

• Active Oregon SLP license required
• Experience with school-based services and elementary-level students
• Comfortable and experienced with telepractice delivery
• Ability to work the school-year schedule (Aug 24, 2026 – Jun 14, 2027)
• Reliable remote setup to provide consistent teletherapy sessions

Knowledge & Skills

• Speech-Language Pathology expertise in school settings
• Telepractice best practices for virtual therapy
• Caseload management and documentation for school requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration with educators and families
• Familiarity with elementary-level language and articulation goals
