Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients as a certified nursing assistant
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
Maintain clear, timely documentation to support quality patient care
Support a safe, clean environment by following infection control practices
Communicate respectfully with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
Comfortable working independently on per diem assignments
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic patient care, transfers, and mobility assistance
Proficient in taking vitals and recognizing changes in patient condition
Knowledge of infection control and standard safety procedures
Good documentation practices and basic charting skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
