Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with interventional radiology procedures using imaging guidance to support excellent patient outcomes
• Prepare and maintain sterile procedure environments and specialized interventional equipment
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and support staff to coordinate patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor patients’ status and respond to changes promptly while following established protocols
• Document procedures, patient information, and imaging findings accurately and clearly

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Recent hands-on experience in Interventional Radiology (required)
• Ability to meet Regional West performance expectations; contracts may be terminated if performance standards are not met
• Comfort working in a fast-paced procedural environment and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and imaging modalities
• Proficiency with sterile technique, catheter and device handling, and contrast administration workflows
• Excellent patient care and communication skills for preparing and supporting patients through procedures
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot radiology instrumentation and imaging equipment
• Good documentation practices and attention to detail
