Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care including hygiene, mobility assistance, and durable support
Assist nursing staff with daily clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions, reporting changes promptly
Communicate clearly and collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a clean, respectful environment and adhere to infection control protocols

Qualifications

Current California CNA certification in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB screening as required
Comfortable working overnight 12-hour shifts
Previous CNA experience preferred; enthusiastic new grads are welcome to apply

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic patient care, hygiene, and mobility assistance
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first mindset
Familiarity with infection control, safety procedures, and proper documentation
Compassionate bedside manner and attention to detail
