Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients thoroughly and develop individualized nursing diagnoses
- Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans that support recovery and quality of life
- Provide expert medical-surgical nursing care across the lifespan — infants to geriatrics
- Lead and collaborate with ancillary nursing and interdisciplinary team members to maintain high standards
- Develop systems and processes to deliver efficient, safe care for a defined patient population
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly and professionally
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license required (Compact allowed) — must be active at time of submission
- BLS (AHA) required
- NIH certification required
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience — required
- Complete work history and permanent address required for submission
- Former direct employees of the facility must meet non-compete eligibility rules (6 months off before agency placement)

- Strong nursing assessment and clinical judgment in medical-surgical settings
- Proven ability to formulate nursing diagnoses and individualized care plans
- Leadership and team collaboration skills to coordinate with ancillary services
- Comfort caring for patients across the lifespan: infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Patient-centered approach with attention to safety, standards, and documentation
- Adaptability to travel assignment routines and facility-specific workflows
