Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift (days not specified)

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient conditions, changes, and responses to care
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to coordinate patient plans
Support patient and family education with clear, respectful communication
Maintain accurate charting and adhere to facility policies and infection control practices

Qualifications

Current LPN license (licensed practical nurse) — ability to practice in New Hampshire or obtain state authorization
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screening
Comfortable with per diem scheduling and flexible shift coverage
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in basic nursing assessments, vital signs, and patient monitoring
Medication administration and safe documentation practices
Comfortable with wound care basics and standard nursing procedures
Good charting skills and ability to learn the facility’s EMR
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical setting and work well on a team
