Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and create individualized treatment plans
- Develop and implement evidence-based outpatient physical therapy interventions
- Deliver high-quality care across orthopedic, neurological, balance, spinal and sports rehab needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on home programs, injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Document clinical findings, progress and discharge plans in a timely, professional manner
- Adapt treatment approaches to meet the needs of acute and chronic presentations
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license (required)
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS (required)
- Comfortable traveling to multiple points of care within the service area
- Experience or comfort working in outpatient physical therapy settings (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset

- Patient evaluation and functional assessment
- Treatment planning and outcomes-driven care
- Outpatient physical therapy practices and documentation
- Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation techniques
- Neurological and stroke rehabilitation principles
- Balance therapy and fall-risk interventions
- Spinal therapy and acute/chronic condition management
- Ability to work across multiple clinic sites and adapt to varied caseloads
