Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy and guide therapeutic exercises to restore function
- Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, prevention, and self-care
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate high-quality care
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical reasoning and outpatient treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
