Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine baseline function and individualized goals
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to restore mobility and function
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise instruction with clear progression
- Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention to support long-term success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in Illinois (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
- Ability to work full-time for the duration of the contract (2025-12-29 to 2026-03-23)
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or equivalent degree in Physical Therapy
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercise progression and manual therapy techniques
- Proficient documentation and electronic medical record usage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team collaboration
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers clearly and compassionately
