Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub in for a variety of surgical procedures including total joints, general surgery, spine, and urology cases
Prepare and maintain sterile fields while anticipating surgeon needs throughout each case
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations in a high-volume ortho, vascular, and general surgery environment
Assist with setup and breakdown of operating rooms between cases to keep the day running efficiently
Support specialty leads and charge nurses as a reliable resource during procedures

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a Surgical Tech
Hands-on experience with Ortho, Vascular, and General Surgery procedures
Strong scrubbing skills and comfort working in a fast-paced OR setting

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Cerner EMR system
Comfortable working in 6-suite OR plus hybrid room environment
Able to handle 20-30 cases per day with attention to detail
Ready to take call as needed to support the team
