Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents at Casa Real
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses with precision
- Collaborate with the care team to create personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
- Document clinical information accurately to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
- Current BLS certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Comfortable working in long-term care settings
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport quickly with residents and families
