Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients in a Level II trauma center
Deliver compassionate support in NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units
Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize advanced equipment including PB 980 and Hamilton C1 ventilators to ensure top-tier care
Make independent clinical judgments that directly impact patient recovery and comfort

Qualifications

Current RRT or CRT credential required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Active North Dakota state respiratory therapy license
Proven NICU experience essential for success in this role
Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ventilator management with Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 systems
Comfortable covering inpatient, ER, rehab, and all facility areas
Skilled in neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory protocols
Excellent communication and collaboration with physicians and care teams
