Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures
- Scrub and assist in neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics cases
- Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team using DaVinci robotics and Epic documentation
- Respond quickly and confidently during trauma cases to support positive outcomes
- Float to Walters as needed to keep the department running smoothly
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience
- Trauma experience required
- DaVinci robotics experience required
- Scrubbing experience required
- Epic documentation experience required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and sterile technique
- Comfortable scrubbing and circulating across multiple specialties
- Proficient with Epic electronic medical records
- Skilled in DaVinci robotic procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings
