Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 4 days per week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Collaborate with PT and Speech colleagues to deliver comprehensive rehab care
Document progress using Cerner EMR to keep the care team aligned
Support patients through meaningful activities that improve daily living skills
Contribute to a positive rehab environment where every win counts

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Open to first-time travelers

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment-planning abilities
Comfortable working with Cerner electronic medical records
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt therapy approaches to each patient's goals
