Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and purpose
Build a positive culture that enhances nursing competency and teamwork
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
Titrate vasoactive drips and manage complex critical care patients
Mentor staff while floating to support other departments as needed
Ensure high-quality care for cardiac, vascular, and respiratory patients

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong critical care and telemetry background preferred
Fluoro license experience is a plus for technical staff

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring
Vasoactive drip titration and moderate sedation
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator management and respiratory support
Building team culture and enhancing nursing competencies
