Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physicians as directed during surgical procedures
- Provide first assistant support across multiple specialties including Ortho, Robotics, Neuro, and GYN
- Scrub in and support the surgical team throughout each case
- Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
- Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- RNFA certification or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in Ortho, Robotics, Neuro, and GYN procedures
- Ability to scrub and first assist in the operating room
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with Cerner EMR
- Comfortable with DaVinci robotic systems
- Skilled in a wide range of surgical cases from total joints to neurosurgery
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
