Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to diverse patient populations including cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical patients
Monitor and record vital signs while supporting med-tele level of care needs
Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort throughout their stay
Perform PIV and foley removals while maintaining excellent infection control practices
Collaborate with nursing teams across multiple facilities to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Float between St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Clare Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Hospital as needed

Qualifications

Active CNA certification required
Experience with vital signs and med-tele level of care preferred
Ability to work 36 hours per week on rotating shifts
Willingness to float between multiple hospital locations in the region
COVID vaccine required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work with diverse patient populations including cardiac, neuro, and orthopedic cases
Comfortable floating between different hospital units and facilities
Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
Team collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced environments
