Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, with call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $52 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures
Assist surgeons during neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics cases
Maintain sterile field and anticipate surgeon needs throughout each case
Collaborate with the charge nurse and manager to keep cases running smoothly
Float to Walters campus when needed to support the broader surgical team
Respond to trauma call within 20 minutes and non-trauma call within 30 minutes

Qualifications

Current Washington state license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Trauma experience strongly preferred
Epic EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Ability to handle 30-40 cases per day across 11 suites
Comfortable with robotics and a wide variety of specialties
Quick thinker who thrives in high-volume trauma settings
Team player ready to support colleagues across multiple campuses
