Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
Titrate critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while managing arterial lines
Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed to support patients at the PCU level of care
Serve diverse cultural populations with empathy and clear communication

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Competency in managing arterial lines required
Minimum one year of PCU, cardiac, or telemetry experience preferred
Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation skills
Experience with titratable drips and arterial line management
Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Comfort working with diverse patient populations
