Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive environment
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Monitor patient health and promptly report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create personalized care plans
- Educate residents and families on health management and wellness strategies
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and patient assessment
- Comfortable working in long-term care settings
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic healthcare environments
