Shift Type: Friday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care across neuro, spine, ortho, vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, gyn, urology, ENT, robotics, and plastics cases
Scrub alongside surgeons using DaVinci robotics to ensure smooth procedures
Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and Manager to keep the OR running efficiently
Document every case accurately in Epic so the care team stays informed
Float to the Walters unit when needed to support the broader surgical team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
BLS certification
At least 2 years of OR experience with proven trauma background
Hands-on DaVinci robotics experience
Proficient in scrubbing and circulating
Epic EMR experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during complex cases
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Level II trauma environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
