Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate physical therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings
Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of conditions
Deliver wound care, orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation services
Collaborate with nursing staff and therapy team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff as needed to support team growth
Treat approximately 7 treatment hours per day with a meaningful mix of cases

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification required
Wound care experience preferred but not required
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Wound care and rehabilitation across multiple diagnoses
Effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Flexibility to cover both inpatient and outpatient needs
