Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings
Evaluate and treat patients with diverse diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with PT and Speech Therapy teams to deliver coordinated care
Perform swallow evaluations when working with appropriate patient populations
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
Adapt treatment plans for various settings including general inpatient, rehab, and sub-acute care

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with diverse patient populations including ortho, neuro, and peds
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Flexibility to work in both inpatient and outpatient environments
