Shift Type: Rotating shifts with call rotation one week at a time (Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Saturday-Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM) with 1 hour response time

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans serving approximately 18 patients daily
Operate Siemens Avanto 1.5T equipment with precision and care
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed to support patient care
Participate in call rotation ensuring timely patient imaging during off-hours
Precept new team members when the unit requires additional support
Maintain equipment standards and patient safety protocols

Qualifications

Current state license required for Texas
Experience with Siemens Avanto 1.5T preferred
MRI specialty certification or equivalent experience
Ability to respond within one hour for call coverage
Strong commitment to attendance and reliability

Knowledge & Skills

MRI imaging techniques and protocols
Siemens Avanto 1.5T scanner operation
Patient positioning and safety procedures
Quality control and equipment maintenance
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
