Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy interventions that help patients regain independence and improve daily living skills
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to create comprehensive treatment plans
Document patient progress using Cerner EMR and communicate effectively with the care team
Support patients through meaningful activities that promote recovery and functional improvement
Maintain a safe, supportive environment while following hospital protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred
Open to first-time travelers

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with Cerner electronic medical records
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
