Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day focusing on orthopedic and varied diagnoses
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide care in both the outpatient clinic and, when needed, support acute inpatient needs
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a unique athletic-club setting

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy schedule while delivering personalized care
Flexibility to assist in acute inpatient settings when needed
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to small-town practice with diverse patient needs
