Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma PCU patients
- Administer chemotherapy and manage complex medication drips including heparin and cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments to keep patients stable
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PT/OT, case managers, and dietitians
- Float to similar-level units while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
- Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification required
- Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
- First-time travelers welcome
- Valid driver's license required at submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong oncology and PCU clinical skills
- Experience with EPIC charting preferred
- Comfort with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to floating within similar care levels
