Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional perioperative care across a wide range of specialties including general, ENT, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient outcomes
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields while anticipating the needs of each case
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond quickly to any changes
• Serve as a reliable resource during trauma and neuro cases where your expertise truly matters
• Support onboarding of new staff by sharing knowledge and best practices

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year of OR nursing experience with demonstrated trauma and neuro skills
• Charge nurse experience is a plus but not required
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of trauma and neuro surgical protocols
• Ability to stay calm and focused during high-acuity cases
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced OR setting
• Comfortable with robotic-assisted procedures and advanced technology
• Flexible and ready to support the team during call shifts
