Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients achieve their recovery goals
Develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with rehab aides and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Manage patient scheduling and ensure continuity of care throughout treatment programs
Contribute to a positive team environment while making a real difference in patients' lives

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT License or Compact License required
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient management abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment planning
Outpatient rehabilitation expertise
Orthopedic patient care experience
Patient scheduling and caseload management
Collaborative teamwork with support staff
