Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized therapy plans that help patients regain communication skills
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to support patient progress
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve daily communication
Qualifications
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care facility
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders
- Experience with dysphagia management and swallowing therapy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced acute care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
