Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients regain mobility and strength
Develop and implement individualized care plans that support each patient's unique recovery goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to ensure seamless, high-quality care
Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to continue progress at home
Document progress accurately and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota
Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Progress documentation and care coordination
Compassionate, encouraging approach to rehabilitation
