Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside care to residents during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Support daily living activities to help residents feel comfortable and safe
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in New Mexico or compact license
- Current CPR certification
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Comfortable working overnight in a long-term care setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable and adaptable in fast-paced environments
