Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to diverse patient populations including cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical patients
Monitor and record vital signs while supporting med-tele level of care needs
Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort and safety
Perform PIV and foley removals while supporting nursing staff with essential patient care tasks
Float across multiple facilities within Region Two to support patient care needs where you're needed most

Qualifications

Active CNA certification required
Experience with vital signs and med-tele level of care preferred
Ability to work 36 hours per week with rotating schedule
Willingness to float between St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Clare Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Hospital as needed
COVID vaccine required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced med-tele environments
Comfortable floating between multiple hospital locations
Knowledge of common diagnoses including COPD, heart failure, stroke, and post-surgical care
Team-oriented approach with flexibility to support various units
