Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert ventilator management and respiratory support for adult and pediatric patients
Deliver compassionate care in the level 2 nursery using bubble CPAP for neonates 32 weeks and up
Perform ABG draws, BiPAP and ventilator setups, and nebulizer treatments
Assist with intubations and provide standby support during conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Collaborate with a lead therapist and 24/7 hospitalist/intensivist team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active Washington RT License required
RRT or CRT credential accepted
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Strong NICU experience with bubble CPAP competency
Ventilator management skills essential

Knowledge & Skills

Ventilator management with PB 980 and Philips V60 equipment
Bubble CPAP and BiPAP setup
ABG draws and nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby support
Neonatal care for 32 weeks and up
