Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments that help patients regain strength and mobility
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for a wide variety of orthopedic cases
Collaborate with a supportive rehab team to ensure seamless patient care and progress tracking
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Manage patient scheduling and documentation to keep care efficient and effective

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or Compact license required
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Strong clinical skills in outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic care
Excellent communication and patient management abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient rehabilitation techniques
Orthopedic assessment and treatment planning
Patient evaluation and progress documentation
Collaborative care with PTAs and rehab aides
Time management for 45-minute one-on-one sessions
