Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy to patients across inpatient and outpatient settings
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create meaningful rehab plans
Help patients regain independence after strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic procedures
Support swallow evaluations and treatment when working with speech therapy colleagues
Document care using Cerner EMR and contribute to smooth care transitions

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist
Comfortable working both inpatient and outpatient environments
Willingness to work one major and one minor holiday per year

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills across ortho, neuro, and general medical populations
Experience with swallow studies preferred
Familiarity with Cerner EMR
Ability to adapt quickly to both hospital and free-standing clinic settings
