Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
Build a positive culture that enhances nursing competency and team growth
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation for cardiac and vascular cases
Manage pre-procedure preparation and recovery for patients in 3 pre/post bays
Titrate vasoactive drips and monitor critical patients across both units
Float to support other departments as a collaborative team player
Read and confirm telemetry strips while mentoring staff on best practices

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Strong background in critical care, telemetry, and vasoactive drip management
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Skilled in managing patients with sepsis, DKA, STEMI, COPD exacerbation, and CKD
Proficient with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems
Comfortable with self-scheduling and 24/7 call responsibilities
Experience building team culture and enhancing nursing competencies
