Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, team scheduling with weekend requirements every third day shift and every other night shift, holidays rotate with permanent staff

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients from neonates through geriatrics across all inpatient floors
• Perform EKGs, bedside bronchoscopies, and bedside spirometry with precision and care
• Collaborate closely with hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Manage ventilators including Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion systems while ensuring optimal patient comfort
• Adapt quickly to varying patient needs and clinical situations throughout the hospital
• Maintain excellent time management while delivering high-quality care in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NRP and PALS preferred
• Recent Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required for radius verification
• Minimum 0 years experience accepted with proper credentials

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Drager, Servo I, and Carefusion ventilators
• Experience with Vision, V60, V30, and Respironics S/T BiPAP systems
• Familiarity with Airvo2 high-flow systems
• Strong time management and adaptability skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in diverse clinical settings
