Location: Garrison, North Dakota

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating schedule with every other weekend and every other major holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse leading the care team with confidence and compassion
Administer medications accurately and ensure residents receive timely treatments
Provide skilled wound care to promote healing and comfort
Monitor and support residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with DON and interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
BLS certification required
Prior LTC experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing expertise
Medication administration and wound care proficiency
Ability to work independently as charge nurse
Compassionate approach to dementia and chronic condition management
