Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to neuro and telemetry patients
Monitor and interpret EKGs while delivering expert cardiac oversight
Collaborate with hospitalists and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on neuro and cardiopulmonary conditions
Respond swiftly to changes in patient status and coordinate rapid interventions

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry or neuro experience within the last 6 months
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Successful completion of Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam (2 attempts maximum)
Ability to interpret EKGs independently

Knowledge & Skills

Strong EKG interpretation and dysrhythmia recognition
Experience with neuro, CVA, and pulmonary patient populations
Comfort managing Airvo/High Flow oxygen therapy
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency with centralized telemetry monitoring
