Location: Baudette, Minnesota

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every 3rd weekend and 3rd holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care across MedSurg and ER settings, floating where your skills are needed most
Admit, discharge, and transfer patients while managing complex medication titrations
Respond confidently to codes, traumas, and critical situations with a calm, steady presence
Start IVs, manage PICC lines and ports, and deliver high-quality emergency interventions
Collaborate closely with hospitalists and the care team in a small, tight-knit facility

Qualifications

Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum one year of ER experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working independently with minimal staffing support

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech EMR documentation
Experience with Hamilton T1 ventilator, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Skilled at reading cardiac strips and performing EKGs
Strong assessment and critical-thinking abilities in both med-surg and emergency settings
