Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory equipment to optimize patient breathing
• Deliver BiPAP and NIV therapies (V-60 experience a plus) and titrate settings per protocols
• Perform aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy (CPT), and oxygen therapy with clinical precision
• Obtain and interpret ABGs using Siemens ABG instruments and act on results
• Use Meditech EMR for accurate documentation and seamless interdisciplinary communication
• Collaborate with ICU and ER teams to support critically ill patients and rapid interventions
• Provide compassionate patient and family education about respiratory care and treatment plans

Qualifications

• RRT credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist) — required
• ACLS and BLS certifications — required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU and/or ER settings (explicit requirement)
• NRP is preferred (nice-to-have)
• Hands-on experience with PB 980 / PB 840 ventilators and V-60 BiPAP preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Ventilator management and ventilator modes knowledge (PB 980, PB 840)
• BiPAP/NIV proficiency (V-60 experience noted)
• Aerosol therapy and CPT techniques
• Oxygen therapy and titration
• ABG analysis and interpretation (Siemens ABG instruments)
• Meditech EMR documentation and workflow
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for ICU/ER environments
