Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care and support to patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform patient assessments, monitor conditions, and document findings
Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient-centered plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support a positive patient experience through clear communication and empathy
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education as needed

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license (Georgia licensure preferred or eligibility to obtain)
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Clinical experience as an LPN (exact years not specified in posting)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background and health screenings

Education

Completed accredited practical nursing program or vocational nursing diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Infection control procedures and safe clinical practices
Charting and electronic medical record familiarity
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
