Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care during the daytime shift
• Respond professionally and promptly to on-call duties, including holidays and weekends
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of patient interactions and clinical tasks
• Follow scheduling and coverage policies strictly, honoring the firm schedule
• Contribute to a safe, respectful environment for patients and colleagues

Qualifications

• Active, role-appropriate state license or credential as required (for example, RN license if this is a nursing role)
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or other certifications as applicable to the role
• Demonstrated ability to work a firm day schedule with on-call responsibilities
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Strong professional communication and teamwork skills

Education

• Relevant professional degree or diploma required; specific degree depends on the role (for example, diploma/associate/BSN for nursing roles)
• Additional certifications as required by role and state regulations

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team members
• Ability to manage time effectively during a long day shift
• Comfort with on-call duties and working holidays or weekends when scheduled
• Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation best practices
