Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to nursing staff
Help create a calm, safe, and friendly environment for older adults
Support mealtime assistance and ensure dietary needs are respected
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff

Qualifications

Current GNA certification (required)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Comfortable assisting with ADLs and working with geriatric populations
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Able to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a GNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of geriatric care principles and respectful patient interactions
Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers, and mobility assistance
Knowledge of basic infection control and safety procedures
Ability to observe, document, and communicate resident changes
Reliable time management and ability to work well in a team
